India Fever

I've been constantly thinking about my India trip for quite some time now and havent been able to concentrate much on my work....it is the fever that you get out of the excitement....thats a nice feeling only that i had to sacrifice a lot of my productive hours....It is still OK to be happy for and not feel guilty about not being able to work....but I just hope the trend doesnt continue...I hope to work with renewed vigor after my trip...:-)....My professor had called for a meeting with all graduate assistants and that doesnt happen very often....that sounded like an alarm bell....and yes it was....In short the meeting can be summarized as follows: " You guys better start giving me results or you are all out of the lab"...But he told that in a very nice way...Infact he made a presentation on our responsibilities and his expectations and so on....There was one quote that caught my attention and I found that very realisitic...I'll post it here

It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle...when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
